Damaged or Faulty Products If your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to send a replacement free of charge. Please include photos of the issue when you get in touch — it helps us sort things faster. Changed Your Mind? No problem! If you’ve had a change of heart, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be unused, unopened, and arrive back to us in good condition. You’ll need to cover the return shipping unless the item is faulty. We currently ship across the UK, with international shipping coming soon! Delivery Times Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. From there, UK deliveries typically arrive in 2–5 days. International orders (once available) may take a bit longer depending on location and customs. Shipping Costs We charge a flat shipping fee on all UK orders — but if you spend £30 or more, delivery’s on us. International shipping will be priced differently and shown at checkout once it’s available. Other Things to Know We don’t offer tracked shipping at the moment.
