Scotch Bonnet mash, fermented for 60 days, then aged using Scotch Whisky Barrels.
That's what this sauce tastes of.
It's a simple sauce, with the addition of Vinegars & a touch of Oil that takes this amazingly flavoured sauce to somewhere between a Louisiana style / Buffalo hot sauce.
Deep, complex flavours of the barrel have really rounded out the lighter Scotch bonnet aroma to create what might be my finest sauce to date!
